About the Journal

Scientia Agricolis Vita (SAV) is a multidisciplinary open access journal that focuses on publishing original and unpublished scientific research related to agrifood applications, including agricultural, livestock, food, and biosystems sciences. The journal is published quarterly basis in March, June, September and December by the Faculty of Agronomy of the Universidad Autónoma of Nuevo León (UANL). 

The main objective of Scientia Agricolis Vita (SAV) is to provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of significant advances in all aspects of agrifood sciences, including food production, agrifood engineering and technology, animal and human nutrition, environmental management and sustainability, among others relevant topics. 

The journal accepts submissions in a variety of modalities, including Scientific Articles, Short Communications and Review Articles, and is subject to a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and originality of the papers published. 

Scientia Agricolis Vita (SAV) is open to researchers and scientists from all over the world and aims to be a meeting point for discussion and exchange of ideas among experts in the field of agricultural and food sciences.
